Subject: Numbering, Format, and Approval of Institutional Policies

Approval Process
1. The approval process shall be as follows:

  3. Comments may be requested from Faculty Senate, Support Staff Council, Administrative Council, and Student Government Association as appropriate. 2. After formal approval, a hard copy of new or revised policies, 连同总统签署的完整的政策传送表, 将由总统办公室转交给制度效率和研究办公室. In addition, 新政策或修订政策的副本应以电子方式转发给OIER，以补充在线政策手册.
3. Upon receipt of approval of new or revised institutional policies, OIER将通过电子邮件向全校发出通知，说明新政策或修订政策的名称, the date approved, and the availability of the updated policy on the RSCC website.

The institutional process for policy review shall be as follows:
1. Annually in July, the OIER will conduct a review of policies for editorial changes, such as change of job titles, committee titles, etc., and bring these changes to President’s Cabinet for approval.
